CONDITIONS FOR
MOTORCYCLE AUCTION

WHEN OPEN HOUSE

  • 1During the Open House event, the applicant is given the opportunity to check the physical & document of the unit to be auctioned. During the auction, he is no longer allowed to see the auction object. Applicants are encouraged to fill out and sign the guest book, as proof of attendance and having inspected the auction object.
  • 2Open House visitors are prohibited from taking or destroying or removing any attributes, numbers, writings or signs attached to the auction object.

CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTIONED OBJECT

  • 1The auction participant understands and agrees that the units being auctioned are “as is” at the time of the auction.
  • 2The auction participant has checked / understood / acknowledged the physical condition of the unit and documents of the auction object. If there are defects or defects, both visible and invisible, it is entirely the risk of the auction winner.
  • 3To make it easier for auction enthusiasts, a lot list is provided which contains information about the auction unit which can be used as guidance in selecting the auction unit. If there is a difference between the lot list and the highlight image displayed at auction, the final physical specifications at the time of auction will be the reference.
  • 4The list of auction lots cannot be used as the basis for objections or claims on units that have been won.

BEFORE JOINING THE AUCTION

  • 1Applicants who intend to participate in the Auction must register for the Auction and deposit a security deposit of :
    • Rp5.000.000,- (Five million rupiah) per lot.
    • Rp10.000.000,- (Ten million rupiah) for Member, maximum 3 units/auction day
      (if the won unit has not been paid in full then the auction participant cannot participate in the auction again)
  • 2Security deposit is deposited into the account:
    • Jba Jakarta BCA 526 531 2800 Branch Sahid Residence Jakarta in the name of PT Jba Indonesia.
    • Jba Palembang BCA 526 534 4477 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Bekasi BCA 526 530 5005 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Surabaya BCA 526 522 1111 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Makasar BCA 526 532 6151 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Pekanbaru BCA 526 531 7003 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Medan BCA 526 533 1235 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    • Jba Banjarmasin BCA 526 532 5383 in the name of PT Jba Indonesia
    and has been effective / received in the account at the time of registration of the Bidder.
  • 3Participants can register themselves as auction participants with the auction committee in each city where PT Jba Indonesia is located.
  • 4Applicants who have deposited the security deposit are required to submit the Original Guarantee Deposit Slip and a copy of ID card or other identification to obtain the Bidder Identification Number ( NIPL ) at the registration counter of PT Jba Indonesia.

AT THE AUCTION

  • 1 Only Bidders who have a Bidder Identification Number (NIPL) can submit bids.
  • 2 The auction bid is conducted orally in an incremental system by the Auction Officer who will be assisted by the Auction Guide.
  • 3 The auction will be opened at a base price and then increased in increments of IDR 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand rupiah) or as stated by the Auction Guide.
  • 4 The Winner of the Auction is the participant who submitted the highest bid price and will be determined as the winner of the auction marked by a hammer strike by the Auction Guide.
  • 5 The Winner of the Auction is fully responsible for what he bids and wins.
  • 6 Participants deemed to have disturbed the running of the Auction will be disqualified / excluded from the auction.

AT THE AUCTION

  • 1 The winner of the AUCTION is charged an admin fee Rp. 2.000.000 (two million rupiahs)/ unit, specifically for the price of the CAR above Rp. 333.000.000 is charged an admin fee of 0.6% of the price formed. < / li>
  • 2 The Winner of the Auction must pay the total price of the Auction by no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of the Auction.
  • 3 Auction Winner who has paid in full the Auction price and has been effective / received in a / n account of PT Jba Indonesia, can hand over documents and vehicles by showing proof of original transfer.
  • 4 The auction winner who cancels himself in the unit won or does not pay off in accordance with the predetermined time, then the winner is declared in default (his win is canceled) and the forfeited security deposit is considered as penalty (fine).
  • 5 All participants are required to return the non-winning NIPL to the Tender Committee. Every missing NIPL will be subject to a fine of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah).
  • 6 The auction committee (PT JBA Indonesia) will not refund the losing participant's deposit if it does not return the entire NIPL remaining.
  • 7 The refund of the security deposit will be processed in the form of a transfer with a period of 3 (three) working days for BCA accounts and 5 (five) working days for accounts other than BCA, as of submission of request for a refund of the security deposit by the auction participant by submitting the NIPL, receipt of the original security deposit (receipt) and the submission form for returning the security deposit For online auction participants, the security deposit refund will be transferred to the same account number as the sender's account number at the time of payment of the security deposit.
  • 8 For refunds of excess payments will be processed by transfer with a period of 7 (seven) working days after submission of overpayments.
  • 9 The refund of the security deposit will be transferred to the participant's account according to the account number listed on the registration form.
  • 10 For participants who win more than 1 (one) lot, they must pay off all lots won and the total security deposit will be accumulated at the end of the settlement.
  • 11 If up to 2 (two) working days after the deadline for settlement that has been determined by the auction object, PT JBA Indonesia will not bear the risks that arise and the buyer will be charged a deposit / security fee of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) per car unit for each day of delay. The unit can only be taken after the deposit fee is paid in full.
  • 12 The deposit receipt from the branch cashier is kept and shown at the time of submitting member exit.
  • 13 Bidders can only check the unit before the auction (open house). After winning a unit, the bidder must pay off the unit in advance to receive the won unit.

AT THE AUCTION

  • 1 Costs incurred in the context of transferring rights or returning / moving vehicles are the responsibility of the winner.
  • 2 Registration, settlement, unit collection and document retrieval may not be represented unless accompanied by a stamped power of attorney accompanied by the winner's original KTP and proxy.
  • 3 The auction object cannot be partially or completely swapped with any other object or auction object.
  • 4 Bidders who do not carry out physical checks and / or documents of the unit being auctioned, are advised not to bid, to avoid losing their own participants.
  • 5 Bidders must take the Final lot List on auction day to anticipate changes.
  • 6 The applicable Police / Vehicle Number Plate is the one listed in the Lot Catalog / label.
  • 7 For complaints, frame numbers and machine numbers no later than 1 (one) month from the auction date.
  • 8 The submission of complaints for Blocking BPKB, Duplicate BPKB and BPKB has not been submitted to BBN (Transfer of Name) no later than 3 (three) months from the auction date.
  • 9 JBA is not responsible for technical or personal errors in the systems used by bidders when bidding online.

AT THE OPEN HOUSE

CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTIONED OBJECT

  • 1 The bidder understands and agrees that the units being auctioned off are "as is" at the time of the auction.
  • 2 The bidder has checked / understood / acknowledged the physical condition of the unit and the documents of the auction object. If there are visible or invisible defects or defects, it is entirely the risk of the auction winner.
  • 3 To facilitate auction enthusiasts, a lot list is provided which contains information about the auction unit which can be used as guidance in selecting auction units. If there is a discrepancy between the lot list and the highlight image displayed at auction, the final physical specification at auction will be the reference.
  • 4 The list of auction lots cannot be used as a basis for objections or claims on units that have been won.

  • 3 Participants can register themselves as auction participants to the auction committee in each city where PT Jba Indonesia is located.
  • 4 Interested parties who have deposited a security deposit are required to submit the Original Guarantee Deposit Slip and a Copy of KTP or other identification to obtain the Bidder Identification Number (NIPL) at the registration counter of PT Jba Indonesia.

AT THE AUCTION

  • 11 If up to 2 (two) working days after the deadline for settlement that has been determined by the auction object, PT JBA Indonesia will not take any risks that arise and the buyer will be charged a deposit / security fee of IDR 25,000 / motor unit for each day of delay. the unit can only be collected after the deposit fee is paid in full.
  • 12 The deposit receipt from the branch cashier is kept and shown at the time of submitting member exit.
  • 13 Bidders can only check the unit before the auction (open house). After winning a unit, the bidder must pay off the unit in advance to receive the won unit.
